Join Mike online or in-person for individual psychotherapy, couples counseling, and family therapy, whether it be for a single session to get consultation on a specific issue, a few sessions to get on the other side of an immediate issue, or long-term weekly, biweekly, monthly, or as-needed sessions to address more ongoing challenges and transformational personal growth. As a meditation teacher, outdoor adventurer, world traveler, and as someone who has done and continues to do intensive inner work, Mike offers unique insights and therapeutic interventions.


Mike blends a variety of traditional talk therapies with more impactful experiential modalities. He adjusts the therapeutic orientation to the individual's, couple's, and family's specific needs, personalities, and interests.


Deepen self-understanding, transform the habitual patterns that block growth, and uncover subconscious material that influences negative behaviors. Addiction Counseling



Mike is a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) and has worked in outpatient and inpatient addiction treatment venues. Mike uses 12-Step and non-12-Step methods to help clients overcome the difficulties of substance abuse and sex/porn abuse. Some clients may want or need complete sobriety/abstinence while others are looking to develop moderation. Co-occurring disorders are common for people with Substance Use Disorders (SUDs) and sex/porn addictions such as depression, anxiety, social anxiety, childhood and adult trauma, personality disorders, mood disorders, chronic pain, etc. ​​
